* THE FACILITY : The facility comprises a fully insulated north facing stand alone building, well away from the dog kennels. Six units only are available - three standard units, and, three deluxe units which include a secure outdoor play/sundeck area. Our facility caters for short and long term stays including Defence relocations.

* FOOD : We provide a variety of commercial cat food, and fresh chicken, beef and fish.

* VACCINATION REQUIREMENTS: A minimum of a current F3 , please bring your certificate with you for confirmation upon arrival. Please note, no animals will be accepted if vaccinations are not in order or out of date, or overdue. If access is refused,liability will be incurred for the full booking.

* UNDESEXED CATS: TVK & Cattery does not accept undesexed cats.

* DROP OFF TIMES: 8.30 am - 11 am, ( sunday 9 -11am), and 1pm - 4pm.

* PICK UP TIMES: 8.30 am - 11am ( Sunday 9 -11am) Note, Late checkouts(1 - 4pm) available at managements discretion only, full tariff applies

* CLOSED TIMES: 11 am to 1 pm, and, 4.00pm -8.30 am. There is no access  to the property during these times.

* WHAT TO BRING: A favourite rub/blanket/sleeping mat will help your cat settle in quickly. You are also welcome to bring any favourite toys or bed.

* WORMING/TICK CONTROL: Please ensure your cat has received all necessary treatments for worms/fleas or ticks.

* TARIFF: Standard unit $17.00 per night. The deluxe unit with secure outdoors sundeck/play area is $20 per night. As with the kennel tariffs, we do not charge extra for holiday/peak periods - one rate for everyone for the whole year !

* PAYMENT METHODS: Cash or cheque on pick up. We do not accept eftpos or cards.

* MEDICATION: We do not charge out for administering owner specified medication - it is part of our service.

* SAFETY: For the safety of your cat, please ensure they arrive in a secure travel container.
