Notes

        There are no holiday surcharges or loadings for larger breeds.

• The tariff  is per night with check outl between 8.30 -11 am . A late checkout may be accommodated by prior arrangement only (1-4PM ). A late out means kennel space is reserved for your animal until 4pm( flat rate fee applies) If you decide to arrive early the late fee will still apply as we are unable to relet the kennel.
• For long stays 30 days or more, please email or phone to discuss
• Special rates apply to family stays:
• 10% discount for 2nd member
• 15% discount for each subsequent member
• Deluxe Kennel available for a single dog at management's discretion only.
• No refunds for early departures or inclement weather.
• Minimum booking periods apply to peak holiday times IE 7 nights for December/January.

Times for Drop Off and Checkout

For dropping off : 8.30 am - 11am ( Sunday 9-11am) or  1pm - 4pm
For collection/check out: 8.30 -11.00am ( Sunday 9-11am)

Note: Kennels are closed between 11.00am - 1pm, and 4pm to 8.30 am. No access to the property is available when closed.

Method of payment

Cash or cheque at the end of the stay (No Card or EFTPOS facilities).

A deposit may be required in order to confirm a booking, details will be provided upon inquiry.14days (21 days for December/January) notice to cancel is required for a refund less an administration fee. Direct deposit details are available upon request.
